Megan's Blankets

I finished Megan's quilt this week. I needed to sew the buttons on and I finally did it. All the girls have their quilts and afghans done for their beds now and it is nice to have it all finished. I started this project 4 years ago. I am happy it is done. They turned out just as I pictured them. The blanket is two twin sheets put together. I used fabric markers on the top to draw the cute pictures on the top side.

Megan's afghan I finished a while ago. Her bedding is pink and her afghan has pink trim. Sarah's bedding is yellow and her afghan has yellow trim. Katie's is purple. They chose the colors for their beds when I started this project. Except Megan who was just born. She loves pink anyway so it turned out. Megan is getting her twin bed in a few months.
